Install the runtime RightMV needs

RightMV 1.3 requires Java 21. Install an OpenJDK 21 distribution for your operating system, then confirm that the java command resolves to version 21 before starting RightMV. The JDK includes the Java runtime as well as development tools, so one installation covers both running RightMV and compiling Java integrations.
