A terminal connection is a line

Every /trm browser connection creates an independent MVDB line. The line owns its logged-in user, current account, terminal settings, options, active select list, record locks and in-memory BASIC session state. Persisted account files are shared, but one line's prompt and working state do not leak into another line.
