You may install and use the Community features of RightMV free of charge for lawful personal, educational, internal, production and commercial purposes. Commercial use includes operating your own business systems and providing applications or services to customers using RightMV Community.
No paid licence is required for Community features. This permission does not grant access to Professional features, Professional licence material, or the right to bypass or circumvent RightMV licence controls.
2. Professional Edition
Professional features require a valid RightMV Professional licence for each machine on which those features are enabled, unless an order expressly states otherwise. User counts are not the licensing unit: the entitlement is per active Professional machine.
Perpetual
Continued use of the licensed Professional release on the licensed machine. Maintenance, support and access to later releases follow the applicable order.
Fixed term
Use of the licensed Professional features on the licensed machine until the expiry date stated in the issued licence.
Each concurrently active machine using Professional features needs its own entitlement. Machine transfers, replacement licences, maintenance and support follow the applicable order and published RightMV terms.
3. General conditions
You may not sell, sublicense, share, copy or circumvent Professional licence credentials or machine entitlements. You may not remove ownership notices or use RightMV unlawfully.
RightMV is supplied without warranties except where an applicable written order or mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Licence notice supplied with RightMV
The downloadable RightMV distribution includes LICENSE.txt with this licence summary, so the permitted Community and Professional use remains clear with the installed software.
